In this one-time workshop, participants will become better acquainted with body language and recognize its value as a non-verbal means of communication. The workshop will include introduction and interpretation of various physical messages conveyed by the body, introduction and practical neutral masks techniques, and application through different improvisation games. The goals of the workshop are to develop awareness of body language as a non-verbal communication tool, acquire basic tools for interpreting body language, identify and modify behavioral patterns that may hinder communication with our surroundings, develop non-verbal communication skills, and enhance our ability to observe and analyze a person’s body language.<\/p>\n\n
